AHDH coaching is all about understanding where you need support and putting measurers in place to assist you. For example, coaches can teach you how to adopt positive behaviours.

ADHD coaches have a number of benefits but one of the main ones is that they help you keep focus and stay on the path to carry out a plan.

Access to work
Access to work is there to help you if you have ADHD - diagnosed or not!
Access to work is a government scheme that funds support if you have any kind of disability that is making it difficult to do your job!
If you’re finding the challenges that come with ADHD are preventing you from running your business or managing your workload, Access to Work could be the answer
Getting an ADHD diagnosis
If you do decide you’d like to get an ADHD diagnosis we can support you with this journey.
The NHS website is a good place to start looking for more information.
You can then make an appointment with your GP to discuss a referral.
If you don’t want to wait the length of the waiting list you have the right to choose where you have treatment, meaning you can get a priavte assessment on the NHS (which basically means you don’t have to wait years)!
